This warming breakfast is just so perfect for these chilly fall mornings. Although you might feel like you have been bombarded with pumpkin since we flipped the calendar to September (hello pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin pasta), I’m going to admit I love it.
I love the spiciness and warmth of pumpkin. Let’s be honest, pumpkin-spiced anything is really about the emotions it evokes. It reminds me of the cider mill, football tailgates, the last bonfires of the year, and fireplace snuggles.
